creative_te @swallowtails thank you so much for reminding me! I had a migraine yesterday and it came back today so I have been out of it! 14” without stretching and it stretches comfortably to an 18”. It has a thick elastic band though.

I try my best to just work through the pain but they aren’t very fun! Thank you for your offer! I accepted. I’m just trying to get my money back with these because it is the end of my inventory. It’s a pretty skirt! I love mine. Just make sure to air dry.
