Lush black stretchy mini skirt

This is a very thin stretchy cotton skirt that goes mid thigh and is tight, but can be stretched out. I bought this piece at By George the fashion stylists told me it is meant to be a layering piece. I was never fashionable enough to figure that out so I just tuck think shirts into it so you can't see the line of the Tshirt underneath! Very very comfortable, one size
