Would a size 4 be considered a small?

@bryannamorrow I would consider it a small/ xs. I wear both small and xs in other comparable brands (athleta, fabletics). I find that lululemon size 4 fits best for me. The website says waist 25” and hips 35”. Fabric is stretchy too
