Lucky embroidered tunic style v neck sweater

I love this piece, the embroidery is in fantastic shape and it looks handmade. Fits more like an XS, probably shrunk at some point down the line. There is pilling and fuzz on the fabric, could use a shave. The stitching on the left side is coming loose. See photos. In good shape with a lot of life left!
