Louisiana/New Orleans themed dog t-shirt

I bought this tee after the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill. There are small holes on the bottom but not noticeable once it’s on your pup! The tag states XL, but it’s more of a medium to large in size. Please ask any questions you may have!
