Tamaka Trails Golf Course was the setting for the kickoff of the meet & greet luncheon. New poshers were introduced to the nitty gritty of selling and sharing, while veteran poshers talked about posh finds, other fabulous closets and shared posh love. Afterwards we went shopping at a couple little boutiques and Amish Store, followed by dinner at "Fresh Catch Bistro" and ended the evening with a Trish Yearwood Concert at the Paragon Casino Resort.

thejanismarie @sassypants13 Had a full day! The lunch venue was quiet and we poshed and taught a few newbies how to search, etc. We went to a few boutiques in town (population 6500 - not counting people visiting casino) the Little Amish Store, a couple of us went to an antique store while some rested up at the hotel. Went to dinner @ a seafood restaurant & made it back to the casino just in time for the Trish Yearwood Concert. All in all, I think it was a success!! We had a blast, especially @gwenmamie...she was so much fun to listen to and I'm so glad she came from way down close to the tip of the boot of Louisiana!!

thejanismarie @uniquelysherrie It's a big state! All you need to do is head it up! Get venue, date, etc. Our restaurant was free! Plan activities which shouldn't be hard in Atlanta. And if you want support from PM write to them, they will send souveniers! You go girl!!

taypeycarsma @janismarie looks great. Only thing is that we can't hang anything on painted walls. I'm planning on taking a look at the space this week so I'll see if there is a spot where we can hang it. Pretty aggravated with pm right now, they just approved a return for a sweater I sold to a buyer who said the item was not accurately described. Keep in mind this buyer has comments under her listings where others are calling her a scammer. She also has artwork, a ceramic plate, and a clock for sale in her closet. With 77 ratings I have a 4.9. Sorry for venting when you were just asking about the backdrop...lol

thejanismarie @currentfashion Vickie! My main suggestion is to get a venue for longer than we had last time. First time I had only 6-7 attend...two were active posters, others were new. It was okay, but we need time to mingle, then eat and have a structured workshop. I know that's what we hoped for last time, but there wasn't enough time. The rest is easy! I have a list with as many Louisiana Poshers as I could find. I'll do the advertising if you need me to!
