aastorino @ashsayer Yes, Longchamp does offer a repair service for their bags. They can repair broken zippers, as well as other common issues like worn corners on Le Pliage bags. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, the repair may be free. For used items, there will be a charge, and the price list is available in store. You can take your bag to a Longchamp store or a certified retailer for repairs
