It's new but has been washed and is in good condition. It's a one-size Asian fit, which means it's suitable for size S, but I particularly recommend it for size XS.

@kur23 Hi, yes. It has a bow in the front and the bows on the arms are the ribbons seen in the photo (it must be tied to make the bow).
