I’d love to have this beauty for my work but I’ve purchased over 30 hats in the last few weeks! Not to mention vintage lace and ribbon. I bought your bijou as well. I make wedding and festival hats. I have to limit myself!!

@uneventhree it’s my winter job. I’m a landscape designer in the warm months! I’ll make an offer but totally understand if it’s not enough!

@uneventhree thanks! I can’t wait to get my hands on these 2 hats! I also ordered 3 more from bijou van ness!

@sharonsstore you’ll love them, they’re gorgeous! Will ship ASAP.

Hi. I got the hats today. I am shocked at how you shipped them. The straw hat is ruined. They were crammed into a box that was too small and it was taped to hold shut. This is nearly $500 worth of hats. I paid for shipping twice and fully expected them to be shipped separately with care. I cannot use the little doe hat in its condition. I am asking you to send me a shipping label and I would like a full refund for this hat.

I am giving you an opportunity to address this today before I contact Poshmark. I’m just so disappointed

I just took photos and can’t believe it. The box is smaller than the hats! They were crammed in.

@sharonsstore Hi Sharon, I'm so sorry the Little Doe hat arrived in poor condition. I thought I had packed the hats carefully, making sure to stuff the insides as well as surround them thoroughly with tissue. As there were no existing USPS boxes that the hats fit into, I had to take two apart and customize...I was sure the box I cut to size was adequate, but evidently I was mistaken and I truly apologize. I can completely understand how disappointed and frustrated you must be.

@sharonsstore We have 2 options: either you can contact Posh and request a return (they'll send you a return label) and you'll get a full refund, or if you'd like to keep the hat (to use the materials or in whatever way makes sense for your craft) I'm happy to offer a partial refund. It's entirely up to you how you'd like to proceed.

@sharonsstore Again, I'm sincerely sorry. I truly thought I packed them well but my lack of experience in shipping hats apparently resulted in a blunder. I will definitely learn from this and be more mindful in my packaging with customized parcels.

@uneventhree I get several hats everyday in correct sized boxes carefully packed. I got 7 today I paid for shipping twice yet you put them in a box smaller than either hat! If the post office didn’t have the correct box you should have sourced one One ruined and you only paid for shipping 1 and I paid for shipping 2 I contacted posh. I want to keep the bijou even though I’ll have to pay to have it shaped. I am asking for a return label for shipping and refund of the shipping
sharonsstore
I appreciate your apology. I’ll see how posh wants to deal with the refund and shipping issue.

@sharonsstore Wow ok. Well to your first point, the box was not smaller than the Bijou. I measured carefully & made sure both the width & height were appropriate. My mistake was in packaging the Little Doe with it. And to your second point, I don't receive your shipping fee, Posh does. I used the second label to send you a gift as a thank-you for your purchases.

@sharonsstore Also, I will give you context for my decision to package the Little Doe as I did: the whole reason I bought it was because the rep at Anthro described it to me as "foldable & completely packable" because I was going to take it for a wedding in NY. So I assumed that meant it was flexible, sturdy, and would be fine. I've had high-end straw hats that got mashed in beach bags or luggage and held up just fine, so I thought this hat was the same because it was marketed to me that way.

@uneventhree I tagged you in photos on my closet

Wanted to let you know that the littledoe is on it’s way back to you. I shipped today. I can’t see a place to mark it shipped.
