Little girls size 9 BN boots w/ cute bows on back

Black boots, with silver dots. Bows on back, fur on top and easy zipper sides for little ones who can not tie shoes. Tried on but never wore. They were too small. I never got back to Jc penny to return them. Our loss your gain.
