Little black dress with mesh and rhinestone accent

This cute little black dress has a mesh midsection detailing with rhinestones along the neckline. It is new with tags as it was from China and runs slightly smaller. At the time I was a S/M and this dress was a size small. I feel like it’d fit an xs or a true small. Let me know if you need measurements
