Limited Black and White polka dot pencil skirt

Knee Length, High waist, Classy for a date or an interview. Tag says size 4, but truthfully Limited runs small and fits like a 2p. You can't go wrong with the "Pencil Skirt", and the vintage style "Victoria polka dotts". This skirt never wrinkles when I wear it and is very comfortable. No stains or tears.
