Kohl's Multi-Floral Pattern, Blue Sun Dress

Lily Rose from Kohl's. NWOT, never worn. Above knee, multi-floral, blue, above the head to put on, sun dress. Made of 100% polyester with small v-neck swoop at top and two strings with tassles hanging that can be tied together for a bow style or just hang loose. Dress has an elastic waist band (not restricting) and ruffled edges at the bottom in multiple shades of blue. Not see-through or thin material, solid blue slip under lower half.
