This Lilly Pulitzer strapless dress is a size xs with an elastic waist. It is a comfy cotton poly blend with bright reddish orange, blue, navy, and aqua stripes. I has a rope pattern and small compass prints all over it- perfect for any summer activity. The dress is a horizontal high- low with the ruffled right side shorter than the left. It has been worn once and is in almost perfect condition.
