Brighten up any look with this vibrant Lilly Pulitzer scrunchie with a hair bow. Features a lively pink and blue mermaid design. The pink is a soft shimmery color but not showing up very well in photos. The close ups in pics # 4 and 5 are the best representations of the colors.
