adrienne3838 @81ktdw47 My apologies for not getting back to you sooner, I just saw your message. The strap is 17" not including the hardware at each end. The hoops add about 1.5" - 2" on each side. It's meant to be a shoulder bag but it's not tight. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
