mariaaggie I just love these boots and keep coming back to this listing. I am not that familiar with the brand but would you compare the quality to Frye (rugged/rustic) Donald Pliner (minimal frill but what is there is hearty) or more like a Betsy Johnson (girlie, dainty, detailed but delicate). Like would you wear them all the time or save them for special occasions? I need to get a pair of dressy ones & some casual friday work ones (walking miles in a aircraft factory).

mariaaggie @drkitty5 I live in Texas so I am kind of hard on my day to day boots. I wear a Lucchese alligator or ostrich during the day. I have a couple of couture boots that I dont wear a lot because they would not withstand the environment. I was wondering if they were comfortable enough but also durable or are they more of a dress boot (well made but to be kept out if rain, dust for longevity). Not sure if that makes sense.

I had the Understated Leather fringe skirt in brown that would have looked perfect with these but the xs was a bit big so I sold it - oh well now I NEED fringe.

mariaaggie @drkitty5 oh I understand. I will cross my fingers that they are still available in a week or 2. I would put an offer in but today but I figured the price was firm on them. Its funny you have that UL suede skirt. That has to be the most amazing piece of clothing (the Paris Texas one) .

mariaaggie @drkitty5 Your such a doll! I would be washing dishes as well. After bills I could only get close to about 70% of the boots only today but I get paid on Friday so yay. I will never save any money for retirement but I will have some sassy shoes for a homeless person. But I know the fees are high on this site (I sold two pairs of NWT Self Portrait lace pants for less than half what I paid then they took a big chunk, & left what wont be even a dent in what I need for one Fall item.

mariaaggie @drkitty5 I know. But its safe for the most part (and its really focused on the fashion and personalisation of the items) At least you get to know each other, what you are buying and dont have to get scammed (well mostly). I have been lucky except on a very rare occasions and the level of quality and integrity seems to be better. Even for future transactions off/on the site.

mariaaggie @drkitty5 eBay has abandoned any seller or buyer support and makes 🅿️🅿️do all the work anyway. But none of them are ideal. Someone always has to ruin a good thing and poop in the punch (fees, scams, replicas, dirty stinky items or Chinese junk) 😞
