Levi's Light Blue Flare Women's Jeans (PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION)

Stylish light blue flare jeans by Levi's. Perfect for casual wear. The jeans got white spots at different places. Please look at different pictures close up to view the white spots, not sure what it is. If it’s paint or what, but it’s still a good jeans for outside work. If you work outside away from your home. Also got a tiny brown stained the front of one pocket. These jeans come right at my ankles. No dragging on the ground and I am 5’3 tall.
