Legit Vintage Boho Crochet Fringe Crop

I inherited this piece. Tags pictured, but brand is foreign. I’m told it’s older than I am, as most of the pieces I inherited are. No snags or stains or discoloring that I have ever been able to see. Flower pattern is superior to delicate fringes, and above that is cream colored open knit.
