Lazarus Paris Model vintage cream colored hat with black band. I am assuming the material is wool felt and leather. There are instances of discoloration in the interior and the last 3 pictures show small instances where the felt is a little worn. Otherwise in good used condition. Measurements are approximate. Brim 2.5 in. Height 5 in. Circumference 21.5 in.
