Latched Mama *Altered* Dress And Matching Girls Skirt

This is a front knot maxi altered to knee length. I purchased this second hand and did not personally do the alterations - it does not appear to be professionally done. Matching mommy and me skirt fits about size 7-8 I would say. Skirt has flaws including a hole in the seam.
