Never worn multi-color (black base) maxi-dress by Rags & Coulure. Yellows, blues, orange, red, white, ect. Cross over V-neck with tie just below the bodice/waist line. Stretchable cotton. Length - 37” from the bodice seam. With the tie (loops to hold the tie from the same material) able to cynch it up. Seller is a large and fits well at the top and is long for a 5’5” - need a little bit of heel.
