I'm a Sz 12-14. What Sz is 28 equal to? Is Lane Bryant sizing like Cato brand where sizing is different than regular sizing. Just curious. This is adorable!!!

@wacarc67 measuring the under lament part is appr. 21" from the bottom of the strap to the bottom hem I hope this helps and if I can get you any additional measurements please let me know

@wacarc67 This is a Asymmetrical Hem it is longer on one side than the other do you want a measurement of the longest part or the shortest part or both or do you want the inner layer that actually covers you body and is not see through.

@theretailrehab no measurements for inner layer needed. I do understand that its asymmetrical. measurement tip of top of shoulder strap to shortest part of hem and then longest part of hem. Thank you

@wacarc67 The length from the top of strap to the longest section 46" the length from top of strap to the shortest section is 30.5" and from top of strap to bottom of the under section (non see through) is 29" I hope this helps Thanks again
