@dnsesq1 I am so sorry, I know nothing about sewing and have no idea how to accurately measure the bust. The sleeves are 25 in long, the jacket from the shoulder measures 21 inches long. From the armpit seam, 12 inches long. The bottom hem is about 42 inches across. I think the bust is approx. 44, measuring across the jacket from where the sleeve seam joins to the jacket (armpit) Perhaps another Lafayette jacked sized 16 might help? Or I can take additional photos.
