Ladies Top, Off White, Lace and Ruffled hem Size Small

Lots of lace and satin like ruffles. Has round neckline with zipper back. Fitted and tucked waist, flaring out to ruffles just skimming hips. Size Small, but it is a very tight small, so I would call it xtra small. It has an Asian flavor to it, so perhaps it was from an Asian country where sizes run smaller.
