Two pieces, but they are connected at the shoulder. The outer layer is stretch lace with a keyhole in back below three button to secure a mock type turtle neck. The under layer is stretchy. Cap sleeves. I wore it once.

Hi does it run small ? Does it stretch?

@andradr0939 Both the camisole and shirt have stretch. I wear a 1x or 2x depending on the item. I'd say it may run a little small. I have about 10 tape measures and I can't find one of them to measure the yellow shoes for someone. I'll keep up the search.
