LUELLA for Target Punk Style zipper skirt

From the Luella Bartley line for Target in 2008. Skirt is in good condition. Front and back are identical (zippers are fully functional) and skirt has side zip. It also has tulle in the lining to give it a full appearance. It has a very cool gothic/punk look to it!
