LEGO Minecraft The Jungle Tree House (21125) set

EUC LEGO Minecraft The Jungle Tree House (21125) set.  It contains all 706 parts including 4 minifigures (Alex, Steve, Skeleton, Creeper), an ocelot, and a sheep.  The original box (opened) and instructions included. The box is slightly damaged from original tape when opened (a small tear on one corner). Otherwise the box is in very good condition. The instructions (3 books) are in good shape. The bindings (stapled) are intact although there is one tear (book 2) and some bent pages (book 3).
