yourstrulyus @catelyn22002 hi hun! I would go with what you normally wear in dresses. Based on your measurements I would say a medium would be ok but If that's not your normal size then I would hate for it not to fit

yourstrulyus @ermimi Hi hun, I apologize for the late response! But the length of the dress is 33in and the chest is 17in. The length is adjustable because the straps can be adjusted almost like how you do a belt. The chest also has stretch material. I hope this helps! 😊
