An absolutely elegant black blouse. The sheer sleeves have the cutest flocked velvet polka dots. Cute french-like cuffs with rhinestone buttons. Wrap closures as well. Tag says Positively Ellyn. Marked Size Large. Would best fit a modern Large, but please see measurements. Approx. Measurements: Bust: 41 inches Waist : 37 inches Length: 25 inches Sleeve Length: 25 inches Good Vintage Condition - Presents beautifully. Includes some minor overall expected wear. The biggest issue I noticed is that that little velvet polka dots collect lint REALLY easily - they also have some wear. Fabric does like to wrinkle. Has some color fade on the inside of the piece.
