Knee length tan pencil skirt - size 18

This size 18 tan pencil skirt was most likely never worn. It is 63% polyester, 32% rayon and 5% spandex with a lining made of 100% polyester. The smooth, silky feeling material is in perfect condition. The skirt is designed to hand just below the knee but above mid-calf. The last drawing shows the measurements. They are all taken flat, s you will need to double the waist, hips and bottom hem to get a little closer to the actual length. waist: 20" hip: 224" bottom hem: 24" length: 24" Please note that the skirt was so large on the mannequin that it is clipped on the opposite side in order to keep it from falling down.
