Underneath hemline has Velcro attachments which I think was meant to temporarily alter the hem. Attachments are not going to come off without damaging the dress lining. Not visible from outside. Has some faint splotches of pinkish/purple discoloration on bailie spots. Can be seem on back shoulder and hemline. Super cute linen blend shirt dress with pockets. Back zipper.
