Kate Spade Brown Suede Flat Ankle Boot

Brown suede flat boots from Kate Spade! These are in great condition, with outside ‘invisible’ zipper and fringed leather pull. The reason these are priced so low is for a ripped edge in the INSIDE lining of the zipper on one boot (see picture) (a puppy got ahold of this one spot before we noticed!) but this is not remotely visible when zipped up (see other picture). The suede only appears faded in some pics only due to lighting and the way the suede is facing. Rich brown appearance in person!
