Justin tooled Leather Belt 32” black top grain silver scrolled design buckle

Nice western belt in like new condition. The buckle has a very small amount of tarnish on the back side of it. I want to say it is silver or silver plated, but there are no markings on it. The belt is in like new condition and a very unisex style, although technically a men’s belt.
