SUPER RARE AND HARD TO FIND Vintage and in excellent condition ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE H- 12” L- 11.50” PLEASE SEE PICS AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION Callouts- Front cover: Lower right to left of corner- repaired and painted to the best of my ability ALL hearts have been repainted Upper left heart had a very deep gouge that has been repaired. This is the reason all other hearts were repainted Upper right corner, looks like a tiny puncture, not repaired There are very minimal surface blemishes on the velour, both front and back REVIEW ALL pics carefully Inside of the binder itself is in near pristine condition- ZERO seeable blemishes 5 inner dividers- 3 light pink, 2 dark pink With the exception of extremely slight surface blemishes, the tab on the 1st divider has a faint indentation of writing- see pic APPROXIMATELY 100 sheets of Juicy notebook paper, the only visible blemishes on any of the pages are some of the upper corners on the paper are bent Last pic shows what I think I see as a faint black “smudge”.extremely hard to see Incredible find that’s in overall, fantastic condition SAME/NEXT DAY SHIPPING
