Jovani Sequin Strapless Dress ~ brand new gorgeous Jovani Dress Encrusted with multi color sequins on a black mesh over a satin underlay ~ high waist ~ Strapless, but comes with straps to wear if desired ~ silicone all around the top with a separate flap that has boning to keep dress up and to define bust area ~ back zipper closure ~ sequin neck with super shiny sequins ~ hook and eye at top of side zipper. I didn’t close as I didn’t want to stretch the dress. ~ there are a few threads on side by zipper where some sequins came of. I didn’t cut the threads so you could add or tie off. See last pic.
