@ccartier hi, I feel like it does a little, the straps are also adjustable but really it’s only top part because the bottom totally flares out and you have all the room you need!

@ccartier hi, I measured across the top and the widest part is 17 inches. The smallest part is almost 16 inches it hits slightly above the waist. Which gives for that area. Let me know if I can help with anything else!
