Black velvet with Scalloped Hem and some are cut out floral embroidery and others are just regular embroidery on pant legs. Cropped and Wide leg pants style with elastic at waistband. Rayon and Silk. Size LARGE; measurements are as follows - 16 1/2" wide at waistband, 23" inseam, 33" outside leg length, 15" wide at leg opening. Lace "Love Johnny Was" tag attached.
