Basically brand new dress. Bought new to wear to a wedding and fresh from the dry cleaner, only worn once. It's "silver bells" color, Joanna August. Material is chiffon. I’m not that tiny but the dress is size is XXS (smallest it comes in) and was hemmed by tailor to a reasonable length to accommodate wearing heels. Still a little long on me. I'm 5'6" and 140 pounds. If you're under 5'8" and 150 I would say this is a go for you.
