Jessica Simpson heels pumps

Leather bottoms they look really bad the bottoms but there’s no wear at all on them I wore them twice. The heel is too high for me. I’m not sure where to measure but I’m getting two different sizes one 3 1/2 inches and one 4 inches they are cork material no signs of wear at all on these heels. Size 7 1/2
