Jessica Redditt dreamer blouse in vintage floral! Beautiful blouse with elastic neckline for styling on/off shoulder, ruffle cuffs, and a drawstring waist to style the top long or cropped. Ethically made in small batches in Vancouver, Canada and dyed with plant dyes. The fabric is a reclaimed fabric with a light sheen almost waxed texture. Labeled Size 3XL but according to their website fits a US size 16. Approx measurements: pit to pit 28”, length 19.5”, sleeves 28.5”.
