- Small Japanese Imari plate, hand-painted with abstract design of clouds and birds - Comes with display stand - Beautiful glazed Japanese pottery to display in your home - Hand-painted in underglaze blue & white - The color of the glaze is lighter and darker blue - 2 pieces: 1) plate, and 2) display stand in dark brown wood - Has one small chip on the rim, which is hidden by the foot of the display stand (see photos) - There are some cracks in the glaze only, not in ceramic - Otherwise in very good condition - Tiny pits on surface of the plate that occurred during firing are only noticeable upon close inspection and don’t affect the quality or beauty of the plate - No markings on underside of plate, only one small sticker printed with “Japan” - Plate: o Diameter - 7-1/4 inches o Height - 1-3/16 inches o Diameter of base - 4-5/16 inches - Stand: o Height: 6-1/16 inches o Width when open: 5-1/2 inches o Width when closed - 3-1/2 inches
