Jane and Bleecker blue tank top anchor buttons

Jane and Bleecker navy blue tank with thick white trim on top. Three decorative anchor buttons on left side of neckline. Scoop neck in front and back. Measurements are approx 36" bust, 23.5" length from top of shoulder to bottom hem. Excellent used condition.
