Jacobson's Vintage Black Wool Wrap A-line Skirt

Vintage Jacobson's black wool wrap skirt. A-line shape. Semi-wrap overalls about 8" in front. Fully lined. Hook & Eye waist closures. Belt loops with same fabric tie belt. Some of the surging on belt loops is loose - see photos. No size tag inside. Approximate across measures:15" at waist, 19.5" at hip, 24" at bottom. About 27.5" long. Seems like this might be a misses size 8/10. I could not find a Jacobson's size chart but have an Ann Taylor chart for reference only.
