Jacadi Boys Label Parka Raincoat 6M Navy Blue

Hi this item is brand new and unworn but does not have its tags. My son never got to wear it because he was 6 months old in the summer :/ the hoodie is detachable, the interior is super soft and plush. It is a raincoat but I’m not sure its waterproof.
