JUNIORS Sz large dress in cobalt blue with black lace

Cobalt blue with black lace peeking out under the blue. Crisscross back detail. If you’re very busty this dress is not for you!! There is a hidden side zipper closure. This dress will NOT disappoint. Unsure of brand but I got it at a local vintage store in town.
