This J CREW pencil skirt is a true stand out. It has a bold floral and striped design in red, green, blue and white, it is fully lined, has a back zipper and is new with tags. Just a note, the tag says it’s a size 0 the inside tag attached to the skirt says it’s a 10. Measurements would indicate that the size ten is correct.
