Italian unisex vintage sweater coat

This is a vintage knit sweater coat from Italy made by Maglieria Elegante in Size 52. It is gender neutral and can be worn by anyone. There is one spot on the back where some of the knitting was repaired (see photo). It is about 3/4” long. Measurements when laid flat are: 22" wide at chest, 28" long from collar, sleeves are 23" long and 6" wide.
