Italian necklace real coral big stones and coral beads

This is a beautiful and unique jewelry. A necklace made from tear drop coral beads and big coral stones with 4 big cream stones. Is it 65-66” long and you wear it twice around your neck. Is a heavy piece almost 1 pound. I bought it years ago in Milan for $500, use it maybe 3 times and is time to let it go. The cream stones are empty inside. I don’t know how you call them.
