Super cute! Generous yet flattering cut dress by INC International Concepts. 2 layers. The bottom layer is a Berry colored slip dress. Attached is the sheer outer layer with Batwing Sleeves. The sheer layer is the same Berry color but it looks more Pink in a thin mesh. There are Black splotches with a Taupe trim; and the bottom is the sameTaupe color with Black shapes trimmed in the Pink. It's very cool & comfortable, and truly can be dressed up or dressed down.
